Linda’s lessons are always refreshing and insightful. She gives us the mind-body-spirit workout in every lesson and keeps it challenging too. She shares heaps of valuable information during the lesson, paying attention to every individual. I look forward to working with her every week.

Linda has been my yoga instructor for the past three years since I started to practice yoga. I also go to other classes and have tried many other yoga teachers at my gym and also at other yoga studios. Linda remains my firm favourite. Yoga has become a family affair and my husband comes too, and my daughter and my niece also. We all love her. She teaches in the most positive way. She makes yoga fun and also inspiring…And she plays great music! Through her I have grown stronger and more flexible, calmer and less stressed, my technique has improved and my back no longer hurts. My husband has lost weight and no longer needs to see the physio and swears by it as it helps his cricket. My daughter and niece who both have suffered from depression have found a new inner peace and confidence. I cannot imagine my life without yoga…or without Linda as my teacher. Monday night is my favourite night of the week.

Linda’s yoga class truly embodies the concept of mind, body and soul. Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, you will leave her class energised, relaxed and above all, connected.

I have really enjoyed Linda’s style of yoga – SomaChi. I have been doing a variety of yoga styles with numerous instructors for the past 15 years and I have found Linda’s classes to be very rewarding.
I find Linda guides you confidently through the SomaChi postures, aware of the different levels of her students. Linda creates a space that allows you to relax and refocus. I come away from these classes feeling energised and recharged. Linda always challenges you at a level that you are comfortable with. Each class I feel I am progressing; learning either new postures or refining standard vinyasa’s.

I really enjoy Linda’s classes and look forward to them weekly. She is a joyful person and this rubs off on all who attend her classes.

It has been a great pleasure and honour to be in Linda’s class for the last one year or so. You have been a wonderful teacher and preacher as well. You are a source of inspiration for continuos improvement in not only my physical ability and focus on mental awareness.
I liked the way you explained the underlying principles of Yoga and particular postures through out the class. Also, at the end of the class chanting ‘AUM’ together and greeting the souls each other has been a wonderful concept. This is a reflection of looking the Divine within ourselves and respecting each other and a main principle of human kind which you have been teaching more than yoga I believe.
