In line with industry best practice we are conducting a simple Coronavirus (Covid-19) Questionnarie for screening prior to your appointment or class. Your will receive an SMS 24 hours prior to your appointment time. The message confirms details of your booking and asks you to;
The Questionnaire includes Symptom Checker, Contact/Hot Spots, Travel & Vaccination Status and can be completed online prior to your appointment saving time on checkin. We thank you for your help with this process.

When you book a class or treatment as always we record your name, address, and contact phone number in our booking system. In addition, to help government contact tracers keep Victorians safe, all businesses are now required to use the Victorian Government’s QR code through the Service Victoria app. You are required to checkin on arrival and show Vaccination Certificate to your Practitioner/Teacher (if required by DHHS).

If you or your Practitioner/Teacher are feeling unwell with Covid-19 symptoms and class/treatment is required to be cancelled for health reasons you will receive a full refund if paid in advance.
