Linda Kosta (Principal Practitioner & Therapist)

Linda is a passionate Remedial and Relaxation Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher committed to learning and sharing techniques to naturally assist you to achieve and maintain holistic wellbeing.

Linda’s yoga classes are physically active, energy focused, nurturing and considered. Her caring approach encourages you to stay within your own range of comfortable movement while still challenging you to deepen and embody the practice. She is passionate about sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with you.

Linda is a qualified SomaChi Yoga Instructor RYT200 trained by the Founder and Director of SomaChi Yoga School, Lianne Metcalf. In addition, Linda has attended various workshops with Internationally renowned Teachers Donna Farhi, and Noah Maze.

After years of yoga instruction Linda has also become a Remedial Therapist to pursue her special interest in the human body, how strength, flexibility and alignment movement and awareness can support physical and mental wellness.

With a special interest in relaxation and therapeutic massage for preventative conditioning and rehabilitation for treatment for a range of ailments including lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension and general muscle pain and fatigue.

Linda is a Member of AMT (Association of Massage Therapists, Yoga Alliance and SomaChi Yoga Teachers Association).

Linda’s knowledge of human movement with her Yoga instruction coupled with her Remedial Massage studies offer treatments that are intuitive, energy focused, nurturing and considered catering for your individual needs.

Sally Lewis (Yoga Teacher)

Sally is an experienced Yoga Teacher who has been sharing the gifts of yoga with students since 2004. A graduate of Dharma Yoga School (RYT500) Sally says the effects of yoga on her are vast.

“Yoga makes me feel physically, mentally and emotionally stronger. It enables me to access sensations in my body, to free any tension leaving me with a feeling of spaciousness. The practices work to quieten my mind allowing me to be fully present and aware of the habitual patters of thinking. Yoga then works its magic by disempowering any destructive thought patterns over time. The gifts of a regular yoga practice are infinite and different for all. My desire is to share the teachings in a safe an nurturing environment in the hope others are able to reap the rewards of this truly transformational system as I have.”
